The Shawshank Redemption Finally Comes to Blu-Ray on December

You can get busy livin' or get busy dyin' on Blu-Ray this December. The Shawshank Redemption will be released on Blu-Ray on December 2. This BD disc will be priced at $28.99 SRP and the film will also be released in a Digibook BD edition for $34.99 SRP. The film stars Tim Robbins, Morgan Freeman and Bob Gunton.

A prominent banker unjustly convicted of murder spends many years in the Shawshank prison. He is befriended by a convict who knows the ropes and helps him to cope with the frightning realities of prison life.
