Amidst this whole format war there's one thing that's crystal clear... the consumers seem to be the winners.

In a story from The Digital Bits, they report that Sony has confirmed the Blu-ray disc releases of Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2 before the end of 2007.

In addition to this, it even looks like Spider-Man 3 is going to hit Blu-ray disc then as well.

Currently, there are no confirmed release dates for any of these titles and there's obviously no mention of extras, but we will do everything we can to bring you as much information on this huge releases as possible.
