'1138' in Episode III
Near the end of the movie in Episode III, when Senator Organa, Yoda, and Obi-Wan are on the original Rebel ship discussing what to do with Anakin's children there is a shot of the panel closest to Obi-Wan (his back is to the camera). If you look closely the paneling reads 1138.

Hip Hop Yoda #4
Though I don't know how it happened, our teacher was showing ROTS in class and when the Title Menu showed up he pressed REWIND and then it just cut to a clip of the "Hip Hop Yoda." I don't know if it would work again but it's worth a try!

Millenium Falcon in Revenge of the Sith
First you'll have to go to the Chapter Menu on the First disc. Look for a Chapter named "Happy Reunions" and press ENTER on your remote. Then at the beginning of the scene you'll see that the Transport is about to land. If you look closer, two floors down is the Millenium Falcon landing at the same time as the Transport. I know this is not a "hidden feature" but I thought the fans would like it. Good luck finding the ship!

Hip Hop Yoda #5 (Digest Key)
OK, I could not find how to get 1138 into anything! No other alternative worked either!

On my DVD Player, the remote control has a "Digest" key. For giggles, I CLICKED on that and sure enough the third "Digested" scene is the Hip Hop Yoda video!

If those other ways to see it don't show up and you have the "Digest" key on your remote, give that a shot.

Rapping Yoda on Region 4 DVD
I could not get the other methods to work. This maybe because these are Region specific, but I have found yet another way to get "Rapping Yoda" on a Region 4 DVD. I am using Intervideo WinDVD platinum on my PC. On the main Title Menu where the Chancellor/Darth Sidious is sitting in his chair with his back to us (press CTRL-T to get there), RIGHT click on the screen to get the WinDVD Menu up. Goto into the Title Menu and then select 'Title 10.'

Those that haven't found it yet, I assure you it is there.

Major Blooper on the Cover Art
You just got to have your DVD box on hand and look at Anakin's forehead. There's no scar in the right eye! Good luck finding it.

Hidden Face
During the time Padme lands on the lava planet searching for her evil husband, the shape of a face is shown on the left side of the ship's window in the middle of the lava. I really don't know who it is but I'm sure is not an illusion.

Deleted For A Reason
Not really an Easter Egg but go to where Yoda is on Kyshyyk and when you see the hologram of the entire council, Shaak Ti is sitting in a seat. In the fist deleted scene, she is killed by Grievous so it makes sense that she would be a hologram.
[Edit Info]
Yoda on the Grill
Not really an egg but in the scene where the Wookies are fighting the Droid Army on Kyshyyk, there is a part where a giant Clone sand tank is bounding across the terrain. A blaster shot hits the front grill of the tank and for a split second the image of yoda can be seen.
[Edit Info]
Anakin Not Wearing His Glove
Not really egg but when Anakin arrives on Mustafar and tells R2 to stay with the ship, he then puts his hood on. I noticed he doesn't have his glove on.
[Edit Info]
Obi-Wan's Hilt
This isn't really an Easter Egg but when Grievous takes out his lightsabers, look closly at his top right arm. . can you guess who's hilt that is? Anyone? It's Obi-Wan's hilt!!!
[Edit Info]
Obi-Wan Is A Danger To Himself
This isn't an Easter Egg but in the final light saber dual between Anakin and Obi-Wan, If you use slow motion at the part where they are both swinging the light sabers without striking, it looks like Obi-Wan slashes through himself several times and comes out without a scratch.
[Edit Info]
Switching Lightsabers
When Anakin choked Obi-Wan, look very very very closely at the lightsaber in Obi-Wans hand. about 20 sec (I think) before obi-wan kicked Anakin and he switched lightsabers with Anakin.
[Edit Info]
Emperor`s Lightsaber
When Palpatine fought Mace Windu, and when he fought Yoda, When he used the force to get his lightsaber, the lightsaber magically appeared in his hand in a split second.
