MAN DID THIS MOVIE SUCK!

*MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS*:
the casting/acting was terrible, the story sucked (the cliches made me get a stitch laughing and just when the plot took an avenue that so much could be taken out of, it screwed itself over again!), and the worst part was the questions it leaves unanswered ('what was the guy's motive?', 'what use were the friends at the bonfire to the story'? - if none then why dedicate so much screen time to them, etc.

Don't get me wrong, i love movies that leave many questions unanswered so as to leave you thinking about the movie however this movie seemed to leave them unanswered because the writer was bored/couldn't think of anything/or just because he thought he'd look smart if he made a movie with these 'questions'.

The main critique that i have of this movie is its pace, it particularly sucked - so much time was spent with her pacing the house and this is normal to setup the story however this dragged on and on and on, this then stole screen time from parts of the movie that actually mattered/would have been important: what the guy did to her friend tiffany, why the kids got scared (why would they have filled their beds with pillows - little kids like that would just run if they got scared) and the girl was so dumb - there was a security breach but she doesn't care to find out how/or where it was - (WHAT'S THE EFFING POINT OF THE ALARM)

I could go on and on about how much i hated this movie but i'll leave it at that - i like to make things concise (that was a joke)

p.s. oh, i did however like the direction and score of this movie however the rest of the flaws heavily overpowered these 2 aspects so i wouldn't even rate this movie to save its makers the embarrassment.
