April 1st arrived, and as promised, ClownTravelAgency.com, the newest viral site for The Dark Knight, has gone live. The Joker has begun his world tour, and if you live in the right area, maybe you can get his latest "gift."
If you head to ClownTravelAgency.com and click on the envelope, it will reveal papers with the following note:
READY TO HAVE A BALL?
A SPECIAL BAG OF FUN AWAITS THE FIRST TO CLAIM IT,
BUT YOU BETTER STRIKE FAST, THERE'S NO TIME TO SPARE
Under the message is a city listing with addresses. Presumably, the first fan in each area who can get to that site can get some new goodies from the Joker. Hopefully once all of the bags have been picked up, the site will be updated - possibly with a new trailer.
The Dark Knight opens on July 18, 2008, and stars Christian Bale, Heath Ledger, Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman, Aaron Eckhart and Maggie Gylenhall.
