The Bourne Supremacy:About.com recently asked producer Frank Marshall about the status of the seqeul to The Bourne Identity, entitled, The Bourne Supremacy, which starts shooting in November:
"Matt [Damon] will be back. It will take place in Berlin, Moscow and India."
Why didn't Doug Liman return?
"He is off doing another movie."
The film will have to stray from the novel, just as the original did.
"It will be totally different. The stories in all three books are very dated. It's about the cold war and things that have all been resolved and are over with."
Marshall would not reveal who the villain of the film would be, but said that Bourne's ultimate enemy is still "himself." |
