Ever since they made video game history with LEGO Star Wars, fans have eagerly awaited future video games starring the LEGO versions of their favorite film heroes, including Batman and Indiana Jones. Earlier this week, we unveiled footage from LEGO Indiana Joneshere, and now thanks to GameTrailers.com here's the trailer for LEGO Batman. Watch the trailer below
The game doesn't appear to mirror any particular film, television or comic vision of Batman, instead drawing from all previous interpretations of the character. From the trailer, we can see that the game will feature classic Batman villains the Joker and Harley Quinn, the Penguin, the Scarecrow, Catwoman and Killer Croc. Players will be able to control Batman himself (possibly several different versions), Robin and Catwoman. Undoubtedly, more characters will be revealed as we get closer to the release of the game.
