Punisher: War Zone is batshit crazy. It is one of the most brutal action films of the year. It is also one of the funniest, most amazing odes to 80s action cinema ever made. It is an absolute must see, and I guarantee that you will leave the theater shell-shocked. Forget what you think you know about this film. Director Lexi Alexander and Ray Stevenson have taken this franchise in a new direction, and it will go down as the premier cult film of 2008.
