Scene one Grace and Will are reading the newspaper at the table in their apartment. It is Halloween. Jack enters talking about his costume dilemma. He wanted to go with his boyfriend, Donald as Adam and Steve but Donald backed out. He tries unsuccessfully to get Grace to go with him but she doesn't care for Halloween.
Scene two takes place in Grace's office. Jack is painting Karen's toenails while she reads a magazine. Jack is trying to get Karen to be his Halloween partner. It took some convincing but Jack finally get Karen to agree. They are planning to go as a couple.
Scene three is in Will's office. Harlin is waiting while Will is on the phone. Harlin talks to Will about having his children come to town for Halloween. He asks Will what his plans are. Will tells him that he and Grace do not do anything for Halloween.
Scene five Grace and Will are cooking in the kitchen of their apartment. Jack knocks on the door saying "Open up, it's the cops!" Will opens the door and finds Jack and Karen dressed as body and soul. Jack is David Soul from "Starsky and Hutch" and Karen is of course body. They leave to go celebrate Halloween.
Just as Will and Grace sit down in hopes of having a quiet Halloween night someone knocks on the door. It is Harlin with his two kids one dressed as Nixon and the other a Bumblebee. Harlin has to fly to Boston and needs Will to watch the kids. They scramble to find something that will entertain Harlin's kids. They finally decide to just take them trick-or-treating.
Scene five has Jack and Karen downtown walking around. They end up at the Boy Bar. A drag queen complements Karen. She doesn't realize that they all think she is a drag queen too.
Scene six we are in the hall of the apartment building with Will, Grace, and Harlin's kids. The kids continue to get candy door to door. Will and Grace try to get through it as quick as possible.
Scene seven is back at the bar with Jack and Karen. Karen is surrounded by Drag Queens as Jack stands near her.
Karen decides she wants a drag name. One of the Queens tells her the rule is that her first name is the name of her first pet and the last name is the first street she lived on. Karen's name is Shu-Shu Fontana. She asks Jack what his name would be. He says "Um...Glen 125th". The Drag Queens continue to have a great time with Karen. Jack is annoyed and leaves bumping into a guy dressed as Hutch.
Scene eight we are back to Will and Grace's apartment. The kids are around the coffee table with their bags of candy. They get into a major silly string fight. Harlin comes in and only allows the kids to take one piece of candy each. This leave the rest with Will and Grace. They fight over the candy and will sprays Grace with the rest of the silly string.
