Scene one takes place at Will and Grace's apartment. Will is in his bathroom shaving while the song "Got to be Real" by Cheryl Lynn is playing on his radio. Grace is in her bathroom shaving her legs. As Will sings along with the radio Grace is banging on the wall that separates the two bathrooms, trying to get Will's attention. Finally she enters Will's bathroom and turns off his radio. They discuss how Grace's bathroom is so small verses Will's big bathroom. She wants to do something about it, needing more room for her stuff.
Scene two Will is at his desk as his friend Jack enters. Jack wants Will to take him to lunch. Will wants to help Jack try and find a job. They talk about how Grace feels she needs more room in her bathroom. Will thinks he has the solution. He is going to get her some shelves. Jack wonders why Grace cannot just share his big bathroom. Then Jack quickly brings up that Will has a history of not being able to share things.
Scene three is back to the apartment. Grace is siting at the table as Will enters. He shows her what he had gotten from Bed, Bath, and Beyond to help her organize the small bathroom. Grace is not happy with that solution, saying that it would just make the room that much smaller having shelves in it.
She shares her idea for the situation. She wants to knock down the wall between the bathrooms and make one giant bathroom. Will immediately says no. Grace tells him it's ok that she knew it might be too much for him to handle. Feeling like he is again being selfish Will tells her it's ok and to go ahead and start the project.
Scene four we are at Grace's office. Grace is carrying a big armload of supplies. Karen being the great assistant she is sits at her desk reading a catalog. Grace drops her stuff on the floor. Grace tells Karen she needs to do more in the office.
Next they talk about how Grace is going to remodel the bathroom. Karen feels it is insane to share a bathroom with someone else.
Scene five has Grace on the couch in the apartment as Will enters. He then goes into his bathroom and notices the big hole in the wall.
Scene six is still in the bathroom. Will is getting ready to shave while Grace is tweezing her eyebrows. They try to assume their usual morning routines but are already having trouble sharing the space.
Scene seven is set in Grace's office. Grace enters wearing a huge blue hat as Karen utters her usual phrase, "Oh, uh, Grace, sweetie, what's that?" as she points to the hat. Grace tells Karen that she did not have time to dry her hair.
Grace shows Karen the blueprints she has drawn for the new big bathroom. They talk about how hard it is to get men to change, with Will defiantly falling into that category.
Scene eight is Will and Jack working on his resume in Will's office. Will is peeved by some of the other changes Grace has done to the apartment. When in reality the real reason he is mad is because he does not want to change the bathroom.
They go over Jack's many accomplishes to add on his resume. These include cater-waiter, cologne spritzer, and working at the Gap.
Scene nine has Grace in the kitchen of the apartment getting ready for a dinner meeting with Will and his client Harlin. Will enters still in a bad mood. He pokes fun at Grace's attire. They continue to argue over other things she has changed in the apartment like the pillows on the sofa.
The heat is still on when Harlin opens the door carrying flowers. Will and Grace continue to battle it out even with Harlin there. Grace exits the room, goes into her bathroom and slams the door shut.
Scene ten finds us back in the bathroom with Grace taking a bubble bath. Will wants to talk to her. He is now having second thoughts of them being roommates. Grace tells him he is putting too much pressure on the situation and that she would be fine if they put the wall back up between the bathrooms, going back to the way it was. Surprisingly, the non-compromising Will, suggests that they move the wall a little over making the two bathrooms the same size.
The show ends with Grace pulling Will into the tub. He shrieks, "Oh, my God! You're naked!".
