ABC has ordered 13 episodes of In the Motherhood for primetime, based on MindShare's online comedy series. Will & Grace alumna Megan Mullally and Curb Your Enthusiasm's Cheryl Hines are in talks to join Chelsea Handler for the ABC series.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the online show stars Chelsea Handler, Leah Remini and Jenny McCarthy as three mothers and girlfriends whose exploits are based on real-life stories of moms across the country.
Of the three, only comedian/talk show host Handler is expected to be on the ABC series, along with the new castings. |
