According to a post on TriciaHelfer.com, the official website for the actress, Tricia Helfer will be voicing the Black Cat on Kids WB's The Spectacular Spider-Man.

The post from the site reads:

Keep an eye open for Tricia who will be voicing the character "Black Cat" on the CW network's new animated show, The Spectacular Spider-Man, which will be premiering on March 8th at 10 a.m.

Helfer is best known for her role as Number 6 on Sci-Fi Channel's Battlestar Galactica.
