Cant wait to whatch this film! The first was a cult classic and yes this is probably gonna turn out to be a pile of junk - but what the hey i still cant wait.

This is my oppinion, Lost boys 1 is a cult hit classic just leave it at that, why oh why try and make spin of"s of tv shows of certain films, just watch the first lost boys again and again.
"Death by stero" classic line.

I for one am not up for them making this into a tv show series. reasons are "Blade" and "Tremors" for examples were turned into shows with different people and it was disappointing. But i personally am interested in this film. Even everyone in this film said "We're not trying to make this like the third one in a sense because the 1st was a masterpiece and ended on the best terms." they're simply making their own futuristic version because the first was fun to make, that explains the original characters. and b/c its a different film is why they put it on dvd. They didn't want stupid people going into the theaters and expecting to see a identical sequel to the 1st!

I'm a huge lost boys fan. I'm just so upset that you would make a straight to DVD version. I understand the real major talent moved on with their lives but, if corey Feldman and Haim need to relive some weird glory days why not video themselves taking a big dump on the Alamo wearing a Lost Boys T-shirt, this is such an insult to the greatness of that film. How can you sleep at night?

I think it is bullcrap that Corey Haim is not in the film. He is just as important to the movie as Corey Feldman if not more. I probably won't see it now. They would have aslo possibly made more money and you know that is what the bottom line is all about. I loved the first movie and this is a huge disappointment!!!!
